Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. If you're over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
* Wait time rate: For round trips with drop-off locations over 15 miles from our office location in Nashville, TN 37221 that require over 15 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $25.00 per hour for ambulatory trips or a wait time rate of $40.00 per hour for wheelchair and stretcher trips, billed in 15-minute increments, applies.
** Surcharge rate: For trips with pick-up addresses over 15 miles from our office location in Nashville, TN 37221, for each mile over 15, a surcharge rate of $1.50 per mile applies.
